He added value to the control functions (Internal Audit and Compliance functions) while working with various banks and Fintech companies in India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, UK and USA during the past 25 years. Victor is proficient in navigating complex regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions and fostering regulatory compliance in business functions. He always focused on strengthening the internal control environment that is a prerequisite for operational efficiency and sustained business growth. Victor aims at strengthening internal control environment in public & private sector banks, small finance & cooperative banks etc., and NBFCs to foster business expansion and growth. With rapid technological growth that also resulted in serious frauds/irregularities in finance sector, regulatory compliance is not an option but a mandatory requirement for entities reporting to RBI. Victor also aims at providing advisory services to corporates and individuals in dealing with the Financial institutions and resolve the issues amicably.

Geet Kiran is an Investment Banking Professional with strong knowledge and experience across multiple domains in investment Operations including Treasury / Equity Operations /Fixed Income Operations across all geographical regions of North America, EMEA and APAC regions. He has vast global exposure and thorough understanding of trade lifecycle management, custody reconciliations, settlement of trade deals, Money Market Deals and Term Deposits. His stakeholders include, Dealers, Traders, Brokers, Custodians of Funds, Fund/ Portfolio Managers, and coordinates with all stakeholders on daily basis. He has strong analytical, operational and stakeholder management skills, besides strong interpersonal skills. He is an expert trouble shooter in Investment Operations and a trainer for all new hires. Geet Kiran has a B.Com (Professional) degree, and PGDM (Banking & Finance) from one of the premier management schools in India.
